Collections: The museum houses the PHG Powell-Cotton collection from his various expeditions to Africa and South-East Asia. There are extensive public and research collections dealing with Africa, Asia and the Pacific. Objects include: African ethnographic artefacts, local archaeology, cannon and firearms.

Services: Postcards, guides and other souvenirs on sale. In season only – demonstrations on various subjects as well as slide and film shows.
